Diaphragm Check Valves

Diaphragm Check Valves

Plastic Diaphragm Check Valves feature Straight Shaft, Single Barb, Triple Barb, Miniature, Precision Molded, Acrylic and High Flow Check Valves. Several Diaphragm and Housing options are available.

Diaphragm Check Valves Options

  • CV Series - Straight Shaft Check Valves

CV Series - Straight Shaft Check Valves

These low-pressure straight shaft or port (non-barbed) plastic diaphragm check valves provide backflow protection for fluid, air, gas and vacuum flows in a very broad range of applications.

Choose between nylon, polypropylene or PVDF (Kynar®) body materials. EPDM, fluorosilicone (FVMQ), silicone or Viton™ (FKM or FPM) diaphragm material options. 1/8” flexible tubing inner diameter (ID) connections.

    • Highly reliable performance
    • Can be installed in any position for maximum flexibility
    • Free-floating diaphragms respond to the slightest pressure change
    • Very rapid response times between free-flow and no-flow conditions
    • Designed to perform at high (automotive) industry standards but very economical
  • CV Series - Single Barb Check Valves

CV Series - Single Barb Check Valves

These low-pressure single barb hose barbed plastic diaphragm check valves provide backflow protection for fluid, air, gas and vacuum flows in a very broad range of applications.

Choose between nylon, polypropylene or PVDF (Kynar®) body materials. EPDM, epichlorohydrine (ECO), fluorosilicone (FVMQ), or Viton™ (FKM or FPM) diaphragm material options. 3/16", 1/4", 5/16" or 3/8" flexible tubing inner diameter (ID) connections.

  • Miniature Floating Disk Check Valves

    Miniature Floating Disk Check Valves

Miniature check valves will prevent flow in one direction and facilitate flow in the opposite direction. Check valves are sometimes called non-return valves. Floating disk style check valves have a disk that will change position inside of the body with the flow of media. In the forward direction, the media is able to flow around the disk. In the reverse direction, the disk is pushed against the seat and prevents flow.
